Biografie

Harry Belafonte rămâne un remarcabil cântăreț și actor, de origine americană, pe numele adevărat Harold George Belafonte jr. zis și Bellanfanti. S-a născut pe 01.03.1927 în Harlem, New York, într-o familie săracă. Primul L P este din 1956, intitulat "Calypso". Filmele în care a jucat s-au numit: "Island in the Sun", "Uptown Saturday Night", "Carmen Jones", regizat de Otto Preminger. A fost un activist pentru drepturile civile și a fost ambasador al UNICEF în 1987. A fost președinte...

l-am remarcat in productia "Buck and the Preacher" , unde a fost unul dintre protagonisti , atat de natural in interpretare ! de urmarit si pe mai departe .
