Scott Brady, pe numele adevărat Gerard Kenneth Tierney, a fost actor, care s-a născut la data de 13.09.1924, în Brooklyn, New York, și care a decedat la data de 16.04.1985. Brady s-a specializat în roluri negative, precum cele din filmele: He Walked by Night, Canon City, Johnny Guitar, în rolul "Dancin' Kid". Din 1953 până în 1956, Brady a apărut în patru filme, în roluri diferite din seria antologică Lux Video Theatre. În 1955, l-a interpretat pe Ted Slater din "Man in the Ring" și în The Loretta Young Show. Din 1953 până în 1956, a apărut de patru ori în seria antologică The Ford Television Theatre. În 1955 și 1957, Brady a fost distribuit în producția Studio 57. La începutul lui 1957, el a jucat rolul "The Barbed Wire Preacher" din seria religioasă, Crossroads. Din 1955 până în 1959, Brady a apărut de patru ori în Schlitz Playhouse, a interpretat rolurile Reno Cromwell în "Night of the Big Swamp" și Calvin Penny în "Papa Said No." Episodul din The Schlitz Playhouse, "The Salted Mine", a fost pilotul pentru seria western de televiziune, Shotgun Slade, în care a jucat din 1959 până în 1961. În 1967, Brady a jucat în drama Judd; în 1969, l-a interpretat pe Budd Blake în episodul "Panic" din drama Bracken's World. În 1973, a fost Davey Collier în "No Stone Unturned", iar din 1975 până în 1977, Brady a interpretat rolul "Vinnie" în 16 episoade din Police Story. În plan personal, el a fost căsătorit cu Mary Lizabeth Tirony, din 1967 până în 1985; au doi copii: Timothy și Terence Tierney, care a devenit actor. În 1981, Brady a fost diagnosticat cu fibroză pulmonară și trăia cu tubul de oxigen. A încetat din viață patru ani mai târziu, la 60 de ani. A fost înmormântat la Holy Cross Cemetery în Culver City, California.
